Customer portal and WordPress Toolkit

Portal areas

The customer portal provides separate areas for services, domains, billing, support, and WordPress management. The WordPress Toolkit groups site information and tools; it is not a general server control panel.

Toolkit layout

Select an account and site to see the overview, deployment, migration, backups, management, and recent jobs sections. Site health and status are informational signals, not a guarantee that every external dependency is available. Job status reflects recorded work; contact support if a job remains unresolved.

Availability and access

Portal pages and their data require the account’s configured access controls. If a section is absent or shows an access error, use the supported portal sign-in and support route rather than sharing a session URL. The public documentation site is informational and should not be used to infer access to private tools.
