Billing records

Use the portal Billing area to review the billing information presented for your account, including invoice and balance views where available. Service records are separate from WordPress site tools. The portal is an authenticated view; this guide does not expose billing API routes or customer-specific data.

Questions or discrepancies

For an invoice, payment, or service discrepancy, open a support ticket from the portal and identify the invoice or service using the reference shown in your account. Never send full payment-card data, passwords, or identity documents through an ordinary ticket unless support provides an approved secure process.

WHMCS connection

WHMCS is used for customer and service lifecycle integration. A WHMCS-linked service does not mean public API credentials or direct API access are available to customers. Use the customer portal rather than undocumented integration endpoints.
