Getting started with burnEngine
Find your customer portal, choose an account, and orient yourself in the WordPress Toolkit.
Sign in and find your workspace
Use the customer portal link supplied for your account. The site exposes account, services, domains, billing, support, and WordPress Toolkit areas. The WordPress Toolkit is available at /portal/wordpress; its legacy /portal entry redirects there. Access is gated: sign-in depends on your account’s configured identity access, and this public guide cannot create or reset credentials.
Select the right account and site
The Toolkit can show an account selector and a site list. Choose the account that owns the site before taking an action. The site overview shows status and management sections. If a site or account is missing, confirm your portal identity and ask support to check account-to-site association; do not try a guessed URL or another customer’s identifier.
Safe first steps
Start with Overview and Recent jobs to understand current state. Use Backups and Health before a planned change. Treat actions that affect files, services, domains, or production as consequential; review the selected site and target environment before submitting.
Get help
Use the portal Support area to open or review support tickets. Include the affected site name, environment, approximate time, and the visible error. Do not include passwords, private keys, access tokens, or database credentials.
